
Le Creuset White Casserole Dish
With the bustle of Easter behind us, I wanted to share this perfect BBQ side dish that was super easy to make and a hit with everyone! The dish came highly recommended by a sweet friend of mine that grew up in the south. It was just the right amount of sweet + savory to go along with our ham. Prep time was minimal, and it’s inexpensive enough to feed a large a crowd. Be sure to pin it and save it for when you’re in need of a quick last minute dish!

INGREDIENTS
2-20oz. cans of pineapple chunks (chopped + drained)
6T Flour
1/2 C Sugar
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
40 Ritz crackers (put in ziplock bag and smash)
1/2 C butter (melted)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop + drain the cans of pineapple
Combine flour, sugar, pineapple and cheese in a bowl.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
Put 40 crackers into ziplock bag and smash into crumbs
Mix cracker crumbs + butter together and sprinkle over the pineapple mixture
Bake for 30-35 min
