Fall is officially here and so is apple season! We are heading to apple pick tomorrow and I can’t wait! I’ll probably make this easy fall salad with pears and apples again this weekend too!
I love when recipes contain minimal ingredients AND they are healthy for you too! This easy fall salad was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest. It’s great to eat alone for lunch, or serve it as a side dish for dinner. Either way the sweet plus savory flavors make this one a winner! You could easily add some chicken to it as well if you want a heartier salad.
I also have to add that this is my FAVORITE salad bowl! It comes with a bamboo lid with a small opening that allows you to easily place the serving utensils inside it. Perfect for traveling to and from with dishes!
