Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

I have always loved making chocolate chip banana bread because it is SO easy!  You almost always have all of the ingredients on hand, and it’s the perfect way to use those bananas that have become too mushy to eat.  Be sure to pin this post and save it for a rainy day when you’re stuck inside!

Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

2 or 3 Ripe Bananas

1/3 Cup Butter (melted)

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/2 Cups Flour

1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

How to Make

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large mixing bowl, add bananas and butter and begin to mash until well combined.

Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, flour, sugar, and brown sugar and continue to mix until the batter is smooth.

Begin to mix in chocolate chips and pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for up to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let bread cool completely before serving & enjoy!
