It’s fall y’all! Time to break out all of the simple fall decor you can get your hands on! I’m not going to pretend to know what I’m doing when it comes to decorating my house. If it were up to me I would probably start with a somewhat clean slate and hire a designer and let her go to town. But money doesn’t grow on trees, and there are lots of decor elements in our home that I actually really do like. And I enjoy decorating for the seasons and holidays, particularly fall and Christmas. I haven’t broken out all of the fall decor yet, but it’s coming (likely next week). I’m also adding a few new pieces this year and I’m sharing some of my simple fall decor pieces with you here! You don’t have to spend a fortune to bring fall into your house!
Fall Welcome Mat
Welcome all of your guests and future trick or treaters with a cheeky mat! This one is from Etsy and there are a ton of other cute ones in her shop too!
Wooden Candlesticks
These are perfect year round and I love how they look on my mantle. They easily switch in and out with my decor each season!
Wreath
Some fresh, subtle greenery on your door can really work year round. I’m not one for decorating with a ton of oranges or yellows on my door personally. Our front door is already yellow itself, so I like a pop of green instead. This one is from Target.
White Pumpkins
I love the simple look of white pumpkins and I decorate with them throughout the house during fall. I use a mix of some faux ones and real.
Faux Eucalyptus
I love the look of eucalyptus. It’s a super easy way to add some foliage. Stick a sprig in a little vase and you’re set.
Fall Scented Candles
If you’re looking for a quick and super inexpensive way to bring fall to your home, grab one of these pumpkin spice candles! You can find them at Target and Walmart, and the scent is great for the price!
Throw Pillows
I have started to get better about not buying actual pillows, but instead just the throw pillow COVERS. These are from H&M, and they have so many styles and prints. The best part is they are super inexpensive!
Throw Blanket
Fall is a time to get snuggly! Make sure you have a cozy throw on hand to curl up with!
Garland
I love a simple garland that hangs from our mantle or somewhere in our dining room. It’s a fun touch, and this one can be used year round!
Decorative Wooden Tray
This wooden tray would look great on a coffee table or dining room table with a few little decorative white pumpkins in it, don’t ya think?
Decorative Dish Towels
These are on the pricier side, but how cute would one be for a hostess gift? You could wrap it around a bottle of wine and tie it with a nice bow.
That’s a wrap! How do you like decorating for fall? Tell me below! Be sure to check out some of my fave kitchen essentials while you’re here!
