Easy Homemade Meatball Recipe

The easiest baked meatballs that are full of flavor and perfect for spaghetti or feeding to your kiddos!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place silicone baking mat on baking sheet.
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl using meat masher
  • Use the cookie scoop (or spoon) to scoop the meat onto the pan in 1-1.5in balls
  • Bake uncovered for 30 min (flipping halfway through)
  • Serve over spaghetti or as is
  • OR Freeze for use later
