Easy Homemade Meatball Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place silicone baking mat on baking sheet.
Combine all ingredients in bowl using meat masher
Use the cookie scoop (or spoon) to scoop the meat onto the pan in 1-1.5in balls
Bake uncovered for 30 min (flipping halfway through)
Serve over spaghetti or as is
