1CCoconut Milk
2teaspoonsHoney
1TablespoonMixed Nut Butter
1/3CSliced almonds
1/4CDried cranberries
1Banana (sliced)
4Strawberries (sliced)
Handful of Coconut Flakes
Instructions
Empty oatmeal packet into mason jar
Pour coconut milk, honey, and mixed nut butter into jar
Sprinkle in dried cranberries and sliced almonds
Tightly seal mason jar
Shake the jar until all contents are mixed
Place jar in refrigerator overnight
Top with bananas, strawberries, and coconut
Notes
I like to eat my overnight oats slightly warmed. Before adding the fruit toppings I put the jar into the microwave (without the lid) and warm for about 45 seconds. Then, I add the fruit toppings and enjoy!
